Transition to Teach
Transition to Teach is an exciting new initiative, aimed at promoting teaching to career changers. Funded by the Department for Education, the programme identifies and supports professionals who have already had a successful career in business and industry to make the transition to becoming a teacher.
Talent to Teach FE
Talent to Teach FE (Further Education) is delivered by Cognition Education on behalf of the Education and Training Foundation (ETF). The programme’s aim is to raise the profile of teaching within the student population, by offering final-year university students (or those studying for a postgraduate qualification), a paid 40-hour work placement within a further education setting.
National Professional Qualification for Headship; and Executive Leadership (NPQH and NPQEL)
Cognition delivers the National Professional Qualification for Executive Leadership (NPQEL), for those who are, or are aspiring to become, an Executive Headteacher or CEO of a MAT with responsibility for leading across several schools.
UAE Curriculum Development
Cognition Education developed a comprehensive process for schools in the UAE to improve proficiency in sport, physical education, health and wellbeing. Our team supported the development of programme materials (including standards criteria and metrics), facilitated orientation sessions, managed the application process, undertook the data capture, evaluations, school assessment and final feedback reporting.

Australia system-level consultancy
Cognition Education has a successful track record of creating system-level change within education jurisdictions.
